除了牆壁上有點灰塵，其他的住宿體驗都很好，店家還在天花板上手繪了很多圖案（見圖），看得出來很用心！推薦給了朋友，朋友住過後也讚不絕口。我們房間唯一的問題是台盆下水漏水，不過影響不大。

離仙女山遊客中心很近，出門就到，非常方便，退房可以寄存行李，方便遊玩。住宿條件也還可以，24小時熱水空調吹風機等該有的設備條件都有，還有電熱毯，冬季來也可以暖暖和和睡覺。

房間還算舒適，主要是酒店就在遊客中心旁邊，周圍餐館非常多，遊客中心是到仙女山公園、天生三橋、地縫的中轉點，所以非常方便。

從酒店入住開始房間環境 衞生 服務都很好
設施：設施設備都很齊全房間也很大
衞生：房間收拾的都很乾凈 還有電熱毯
環境：環境也很好早上起來附近就有個大巴帶上山
服務：服務員小姐姐很好 充電器忘記拿了還幫我們郵件回來真是麻煩

門咯吱咯吱 隔音非常不好 ！ 但是價錢便宜. 前台小姐姐也很好 . 早上沒等睡醒有人就在樓梯口打電話吵得很 打了很久 忍無可忍我就爬起來了. 淋雨頭沒有掛着的地方！ 屋裡有好幾衹大蒼蠅！

客房衞生很不到位，剛進房就發現沒打掃完的紙巾和橘子……服了。感覺是人手不夠吧，前台接待兼做清潔，雖然價錢便宜但基本的衞生都不合格。
咖啡比星巴克還貴，不知道是哪裡來的勇氣，難怪大廳基本沒人，晚上很昏暗。總之總體很差，不推薦。
