Checked in many times, parking is convenient, I like the room near the river, so every time I call the front desk to make an appointment in advance to stay, the sister at the front desk is enthusiastic, 😀😀

入住當天的前台小姐姐態度熱情，退房時的小姐姐態度卻截然相反，愛搭不理，都不正眼看人的。
另外，酒店裡一個簡易包裝的刮鬍刀居然還是收費的（小朋友無意打開了包裝袋，東西都沒用），別的酒店都是屬於免費服務項。況且也沒有任何提示語來告誡旅客，明顯的宰新客嘛，當我小白鼠嗎？還一副傲嬌的氣勢，直接説這是規定，不服可以投訴！什麼人嘛，做服務做成這樣你是想倒閉吧。估計是在想，又不是我開的關我何事我衹管上班收錢就是。規勸你們還是服務培訓一下相關禮儀吧。基本不差評的我這次真的不想縱容他們啦。

唯奧斯都東方酒店樓下有停車場，可以免費停車。新世紀超市購物也比較方便，酒店衞生很乾凈，服務員態度也很好。
