酒店不能做，服務員隨便來開別人的房間対客人不遵重，服務員太度很兇我，請旅客們不要向我一樣上當，不經過客人的同意，亂開房間，真的很嚇人，住在裏面讓你怕

定的夢幻城堡，前台説不清楚現在住的客人要不要續房，給換成森林房。結果房間濃濃的廁所味，太臭了，並且臭味不是從房間的廁所飄出來的。小孩喜歡房間的攀爬架，白天衹有打開房門，晚上睡覺簡直臭的睡不着，一早就趕緊退房走了。退房的時候反饋這個問題，前台一個字都沒解釋，應該是早就存在這個問題吧
