The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the room was clean and tidy, though a bit cramped. The owner and other staff were quite good. However, the housekeeping staff had an average attitude; asking for two bottles of water and only getting one felt a bit stingy. Other than that, everything was fine and I'd recommend it.

A quiet escape right in the bustling heart of the city, super close to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and Hongya Cave. The front desk staff were highly professional, the room was spotless, and the water pressure was excellent. A really good experience!

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring the area. Many attractions are within walking distance, and for those further afield, the city rail station is very close by. Bayi Square, local street food, and Jiefangbei are all easily accessible. Plus, there's parking available for those traveling by car. The cleanliness of the place was also top-notch.

The hotel's location is super convenient for dining and getting around. The rooms are spacious, and the laundry facilities are a plus. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly warm and provided excellent service. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and they've invested in a lot of new air conditioners. We booked two rooms; one was very quiet at night, but the other, facing the street, was quite noisy according to my friend, who didn't get much sleep. However, given that the hotel is in a bustling area, I think it's understandable. I hope that after the upgrades, they'll use better soundproofing materials to improve the insulation. Finally, I absolutely have to praise the front desk lady again for her exceptional service! Since we were driving, she made sure to reserve a parking space for us in advance, and even helped us boil some hot water when we were leaving. There's a stunning blue phalaenopsis orchid at the front desk that I've never seen before – it's so beautiful it almost looks artificial!

The hotel's location is easy to find, great for shopping, and the room was comfortable, neat, and clean. The staff were all warm, polite, and happy to help with any questions.
