The hotel's location is great, very close to 'Haochi Street' (a famous food street), and Starlight 68 Plaza is right downstairs. The hotel service is also excellent; everyone is very warm and goes out of their way to meet your needs. Tiffany, one of the staff members, prepared our room in advance and even gave us a small souvenir upon checkout. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and my child had a lot of fun in the room. However, the window was a bit drafty; it would be even better if it were more tightly sealed.

Overall it was a pleasant stay and the service was good. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in/out was smooth. The location is also convenient for getting around. However, the room lighting was a bit dark, and the furniture feels slightly old, so the room didn’t feel as refreshed as expected. Still a comfortable stay overall, but I hope the hotel can improve the lighting and update some furnishings in the future.

Jackie provided exceptional service, making us feel right at home from check-in to check-out, even following up throughout our stay. The room was super spacious, and even though it was a bit old and the amenities weren't very smart, the location was excellent – so convenient for getting everywhere. The housekeeping staff were wonderful, and the front desk was very welcoming; truly that famous Chongqing hospitality! The Xiao mian noodles recommended by the front desk were delicious; I ate them two days in a row.
