Response from Property: The guest's feedback in this review is inaccurate: 1. The guest was unable to extend their stay offline due to the inability to use domestic apps. The front desk then informed them that they could book offline at the online price. Attached are records of hotel price changes and bookings for the same room type before the price change, proving that the hotel's online price (excluding subsidies) was 94. The front desk charged the guest 92 (including subsidies), which was the actual price they saw, in cash. This was not price discrimination by the hotel forcing the guest to pay a higher price. 2. The guest claimed the front desk was rude and the manager only called back after 20 minutes. Attached surveillance video shows the front desk did not make any discriminatory statements or actions. Attached chat screenshots, call logs, and surveillance video all show the process took from 9:08 to 9:14, not the 20 minutes the guest claimed. 3. The guest's negative review also indicates that their negative feelings stemmed from the inability to use various domestic payment apps, leading to a feeling of discrimination. This was not caused by the hotel.
