酒店環境非常奈斯，很乾凈，設施也很不錯。樓下也有早餐店和便利店，買什麼還挺方便的。最重要的是酒店的工作人員服務態度特別好，當時是02號小姐姐來接待的我們，我們是一家人出行，所以有標間和麻將房這一點很棒！當時帶了一些小朋友，小姐姐也很熱心的給我們小朋友每人煮了一碗麪吃，在這裏要好好感謝一下。然後我們需要加被子也很耐心的給我們服務，加了被子。前後有一些問題的時候，都很耐心再給我們解決！下次出行還會推薦這家酒店！

酒店地理位置優越，打車方便，周圍超市商場飯店等配套設施齊全。房間位於大廈11-12層，11層有茶室餐廳，可以會客。房間比較乾淨整潔，設施齊全。早餐按份，不是自助。前台服務態度很好，熱情周到。浴巾毛巾被罩建議批量更新。總體推薦。

經常出差，很少遇到一個酒店出現這種情況。蟑螂，蚊蟲，到處都是。枕頭不知道是花紋，還是時間長了留下的汗印，沙發上的腳印灰塵，像根本沒有打掃一樣。毛巾也是有臟東西。床單還有毛髮。一個酒店，連最基本的衞生都這樣了，很難想象。
