在房間沒出門，丟了價值700元的耳機；居住期間沒有出門，當天晚上在房間還在使用，第二天早晨退房忘記拿走。打電話給酒店，直接告訴：沒看見。

在這棟大廈裏面，根本不是酒店，就是一個私人賓館，環境很差，設施都特別老舊。
床也不是正常長度，我沒見過這麼短的床，我朋友1米78的身高，頭頂着床靠，腳跟床沿齊平，枕上枕頭腳都掉床沿外了。
而且隔音也特別差，晚上吵得睡不着。
