Rongrong Jinke Hotel

I rarely write hotel reviews, so when I do, it's always based on my most genuine feelings. This was my first trip to Wulong during the autumn holiday, and since I didn't know anyone there, I had to choose a hotel online, which felt a bit like a lucky dip. Traveling with a child meant I had more factors to consider. After browsing various options, I decided to call the front desk at Rongrong JinKe Hotel for information. Their professionalism, warmth, and proactive attitude immediately left a great first impression. We booked a family room. On the third day, a mid-level manager from the hotel was already waiting for us at the Wulong High-Speed Rail Station exit, even before our scheduled arrival. They helped us with our luggage, offered bottled water in the car, and enthusiastically introduced us to Wulong. They even advised us on how to plan our sightseeing to save time and money, instantly easing our travel fatigue. Upon reaching the hotel, every staff member we met greeted us politely and recommended local eateries known for their lamb and BBQ. The hotel itself matched the pictures online – clean and bright. Of course, no place is perfect. We slept well, and dining and shopping around the hotel were incredibly convenient. The hotel's breakfast was also clean, hygienic, and offered a good variety and taste. The next day, after exploring Wulong, we needed to head to Chongqing. Since it was a weekend, the hotel was very busy. The duty manager kept checking on our transportation from the scenic area, worried we might miss our high-speed train. Time was indeed tight. When we rushed back to the hotel entrance, to our surprise, the hotel's General Manager personally drove us to the high-speed rail station. This GM was gentle, refined, modest, and cultivated, and even helped us with our luggage upon arrival. I want to say: Wulong is a wonderful place to experience nature's craftsmanship, and staying at Rongrong JinKe Hotel was another fantastic experience during our visit to Wulong.

The cleanliness was terrible; I wouldn't even use the towels to dry my feet. The service was unremarkable, apart from the kind old man at the entrance who helped with an umbrella. It pales in comparison to hotels costing just over 100 RMB. How can this possibly be a four-star hotel? Facilities: Old Hygiene: Poor Environment: Average Service: Poor

Great value for money, and the breakfast was good too. It would be even better if the rooms had a fridge.

Before the InterCity next door opened, this was probably one of the best hotels in Wulong. The room facilities are a bit dated, but overall, the comfort is good. It's conveniently located right across the road from Wulong Station. Most importantly, the breakfast noodles were absolutely delicious!

The room was clean and tidy, the food selection was great, and the service was warm and welcoming.

The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options 😋. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I was very satisfied with both the front desk and room service, which made my trip very enjoyable. It's also close to the scenic area, making it very convenient to get around.

This was my third time visiting Wulong, and I just discovered this hotel. It's close to the train station, and the breakfast is plentiful, with the braised pork bun being a special highlight. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Wulong.
