Nice hotel, it was a comfortable stay. You can see it has a nice view in the picture. The service and helpfulness of 周宇 was extremely good.

The location is great if one wants to be near the good attractions but would rather sleep in a quiet area, far from the bustling street markets, who will try to sell you everything. The room was okay, not too old. Can't complain for the price. The Tatami room looked quite nice, with the view. The receptionist was very helpful and made sure to explain everything. Thanks again 琴琴!

The hotel is located on Zhongshan 4th Road which is a very fancy-looking road. It’s very peaceful and quiet, and safe even late at night. The room looked pretty much like in the pictures, maybe just a little old. The room was clean though. Room service was also really good, they replaced the towels, slippers, toothbrush etc. daily. 琴琴 was very warm and hospitable as well, she even offered free bottled water when checking out. If I’m ever in Chongqing again, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a quiet (but central) location. I had a great view out of my window. The room was spacious with big windows on either side.
The location is just a short walk from metro lines 2 and 3, and only a few stops from downtown Chongqing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Chinese but with translator apps and some gesticulating we managed to communicate just fine. They would've even given me more water bottles when I checked out. Very nice of them.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was nothing like the picture. Dirty, extremely basic, mould in the corner of the room, worn out towels, a kettle, but no cup or drinks, noisy AC, filthy bathroom and shower, cheap plastic chair, extremely noisy building work outside my window from 06:30, couple next door shouting until midnight. I could go on.
Couldn't wait to get out, but the lifts were so poor that even that took an age.
