The overall staying experience is good, the location is about 10 mins walking distance to the attraction point. The only downside is the sound proofing, but the hotel provided the free earplug.

very good location . we visited most of the attractions by walk only . kind of safe to foreigner .convenient stores , eateries or fine restaurants all around . they even provide free guest laundry , i had a full load to wash for 1hr 20mins (auto set by washer base on ur loads) then fitted in 1dryer for hr . my clothes came out smelling clean n hot !
last but not the least, front desk staffs were very nice n friendly especially 小付 .thanks so much for their helps when staying there .

Very good location it located on Chongqing center very near shopping centers and metro station.
Staffs are ok they willing help all times even unable to communicate in English but we used translate app 😂
Breakfast ok same as other hotel in china even less choices but it helped us to full. Recommend everyone who find hotel in Chongqing center.

Was given a room which we were happy with, except that, in order to access the wardrobe, have to walk pass the edge of the bed which block our access. After explaining to the front desk, Mr Lu, the next morning he immediately upgraded us to a better room with no extra charge which we very much appreciate. Also, Mr Luo, was very kind and helpful in that, he n5w
ot only told us where the vegetarian restaurant is located, he himself brought us there, since he was going in same direction. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Chongqing and our stay in this hotel which is very centrally located. There are 2 laundry machines plus 2 dryers which made our stay even more comfortable as we need not have to wait long for our clothes especially under such hot weather. We would recommend anyone to try out this hotel.
