The room facilities are average, but the hygiene is clean. The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful, very friendly, proactively greeted and helped with luggage, and the details were very well done, which deserves praise👍

When we arrived, the room had been cleaned and the hot spring water was added in time. Seeing that we were with our children, they took the initiative to help us get our things. When we checked in at the front desk, the staff was very enthusiastic and introduced us to the restaurant and hot springs. In short, it was a great experience.

The room is a little small, but it is very clean. This trip was a fun one for several families. There are still many things to do in Tongjing, such as kayaking, boat tour of the Little Three Gorges, and watching monkeys in the karst cave with constant temperature all year round. The air is fresh and the cicadas are chirping. What touched me most was the thoughtful service of the hotel front desk. I didn't feel anything when my necklace fell off. It fell on the bed. They called me less than half an hour after leaving the hotel. Thank you very much🙏

The room is clean and hygienic. We brought our baby and needed to add toiletries. The room lady delivered them quickly. The front desk lady also patiently explained to us the precautions for staying in the hotel and taking a hot spring bath. It was fun to play in the water. There were hot springs, and I didn't expect there were cold springs. The baby didn't want to go home. 😂

This place is very suitable for vacation, the room is cost-effective, there is a boat ride to see the monkey cave, and a cold spring at night. The room is very clean, but the facilities and equipment feel a few years old! I will invite everyone to come and play next time if I have the chance.

Staying in the hotel, you can go to the induction cave during the day, go to the hot springs at night, sleep in and have breakfast the next day, which is quite relaxing. Because the hot spring tickets are multiple times, you can go again the next morning if you are interested.

I drove to the door and saw more than 2,000 parking spaces but couldn't get in. I was very puzzled and thought I had to contact the front desk to lift the barrier. I called the front desk and they said it was set up randomly, saying that there were more than 2,000 parking spaces outside (not that many in total), and that only cars staying in the villas could enter. The attitude was strong. After almost 10 minutes of arguing, the front desk called and said that they had asked the leader to let us in, but the security guard on duty at the time was still arrogant, saying why did we drive in the ordinary room we booked? I called the front desk again and asked her to tell the security guard who was like a living father that we could drive in. At this time, the experience was already very bad. When I arrived at the front desk of the hotel, a family of old and young checked in with overweight suitcases. The front desk asked me why I only booked one room? I showed her the mobile phone order, one big bed and one twin bed, and finally opened the room. Later I learned that this room was at the top of the mountain, with a slope of stairs about 5 or 6 floors high. There was no elevator and I had to walk. When I got to the room, I was dumbfounded that there were two twin beds! Don't stay in 3408. The bathroom stinks like a sewer. I asked later and it might be that the toilet's anti-stink device is broken. There are also good things: looking at the slope of stairs, we contacted the front desk to see if they could help move the suitcases. They immediately found two sisters to help us move the 30-40 kg boxes to the top floor. And the sisters in the room service were really very nice. They also helped us put the beds together. Both rooms are spacious and have balconies. Although the facilities are really old, they are cleaned fairly well. In addition to the bed in 3408, my husband and I woke up in the middle of the night because of itching. We thought it was mosquito bites. When we had breakfast in the morning, we found that it was a small red pimple. The children had a lot of fun in the hot spring. The children's pool had bubbles at fixed times, and the water slide was the favorite of the children. Adults also felt that it was comfortable to soak in it, except that the water in some pools was a bit muddy and there were really unidentified floating objects. It might be because there were more people yesterday.

The facilities are too old, the light in front of the mirror is broken, the faucet has a smell, and your sleeves will get wet when you wash your hands. It's only worth two stars.

The house facilities are old, there are no slippers in the room, and the phone is broken. Fortunately, the attitude of the front desk is OK and it was repaired soon. The reception capacity of the hotel breakfast needs to be improved. During the National Day holiday, there were many people. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was no food. The hot spring ticket inspector was old-fashioned, and the hot spring project was OK.
