Lovely hotel with 100% customer service! I have never encountered customer service like Aspera’s. They helped me with my online purchases receipts as well as returns. In addition to that, they have been helpful with any requests, never failed to deliver all our requests. I was delighted with the birthday surprise arranged by the team! It was very very elaborate, definitely was a big surprise. I always missed the afternoon tea, but the team always replaces the tea set with fruits for me!

The front desk and restaurant areas were really nice, and the cleanliness was pretty good. The room amenities were quite comprehensive, including a Dyson hairdryer and a Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker. The mini-fridge in the room even had complimentary Coke and Sprite. The staff were all very friendly, and the location made it easy to get around.

Aspera hotel is centrally located within convient walking distance to many landmark tourist attractions. Entrance is shared to other floors of the building. It is beautifully decorated and quiet. Initially, we were worried about cigarettes smell but didn't notice any. Hotel staffs were very helpful and provided very fast assistance for hotel item need. Breakfast was delicious and wasn't crowed. This was one of my daughter's favorite hotels.

This hotel in Chongqing never gets old, and this time, it totally exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is super convenient. The monorail station is right downstairs, and it's a short walk to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. Plus, there are tons of restaurants and malls downstairs, making it super easy to explore and grab a bite. The room has an amazing view, and soaking in the tub while enjoying the nightscape was incredibly relaxing! The service was also very thoughtful, and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The room amenities are top-notch too! Harman Kardon speakers and a Dyson hairdryer – they really paid attention to the details. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing!

We had a great time staying at Aspera. The room was impeccable and the extra wide screen tv projected on wall was stunning. The services was friendly and outstanding. I had a cold during our stay and was provided with Chinese herbal medicine which worked wonders. The location was central to everything, especially the popular Hongya scenic area. We ‘d commend all the staffs for their excellent and professional services with special appreciation to Ms Wing Qing Qing from the front desk.
