superb service, clean rooms, with high quality speaker which you can connect your phone to! complimentary afternoon tea is great too. the staffs are all very helpful, with amazing coffee at breakfast

The hotel is not standalone but don't be deceived by the exterior. The interior was well done and modern. The amenities are well-known brands and the service was excellent. The location was good as well. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff at the front desk. They even offered free laundry services upon our check in. What a surprise. Our room was modern, clean and spacious with panoramic views. The breakfast is a fusion of East and West. Good quality of food and serving staff.  Its CBD location is convenient for many things. Hongyadong, People Liberation Monument, Raffles City, etc. are in walking distance.

We have an exceptional experience at Aspera, a boutique hotel. The room is clean and equipped with fixtures of excellent quality including from Dyson and Harmon speaker. The breakfast has very good spread, with excellent coffee and roof-top view. The service staff are all very well trained and motivated with great service culture. Hotel Manager 小夏 leads a young vibrant team with strong competence and professionalism. Hotel even provides complimentary concierge laundry service, and afternoon tea. Hotel location is perfect, 5 mins walk to train station, pedestrian walking street and close to all attractions. Hotel is located on 24th floor within an office block, which is common for all the hotels within the city vicinity. Strongly recommended.

Great place to stay. The view and bathtub was great. Housekeeping was on point. Breakfast and afternoon was included, we only had it once during our stay but it was good. Very convenient location and service. We got food delivery and the front desk staff brought to our room. Grear soundproofing even though our room was right at the entrance. Free movies! The only concern is the waiting time for the lift, take a while for the lift. Otherwise, all is good!

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded all my expectations, and I can’t wait to return on my next trip.

Hotel gave us free upgrade to a bigger room. The room was amazing and clean. There is also in-room movie available. Free snacks + high tea too. Customer service was excellent too. The staff was very friendly and polite, assisting us in everything we need. What exceed our expectation was that they gave us back the same room after our short trip away to nearby city. It really feels like we are back home. Would greatly recommend this hotel and we will come back again during our next visit too.

A room with stunning view at night. It’s located at the CBD of CQ with walking distance to Hongyadong . The staffs are very friendly and the amenities are excellent . Recommend for solo travellers.

What a fantastic hotel. A beautiful restaurant and breakfast area. The staff are incredible and so friendly. They went out thier way to make our stay memorable. I'll definitely stay again and recommend ti all weary travelers.

The hotel was clean and loved the extensiveness of the movies provided in the room. While the shower water pressure was slightly low, the highlight of the stay was definitely the service staff who were extremely friendly and attended to all our needs. Pros : Very good and prompt service. Free laundry. Near to most city attractions Cons : toilet has occasional sewage smell-bearable with air freshener.

We stayed in the most expensive room at this hotel, costing over 1200 per night. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing. The hotel entrance is located in a residential building, which is very old and dilapidated. We searched for a long time because we couldn't believe this was the entrance to a high-end hotel. The reception is on the 24th floor, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. The room's view was not as good as in the photos. The front window directly faced a rundown building that seemed to be under demolition, with many workers on it. The side window faced a very close office building, making it feel like people could see in from every direction. We stayed for three nights, and the curtains were mostly closed the entire time, offering no privacy at all. The room layout was poorly planned, and the bathroom was extremely small. The cleanliness was very poor. The carpet was dirty, full of stains, and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The shower curtain was moldy all over, which was disgusting and unhygienic. Mold can be harmful to health. The room decor looked nice in the photos but was actually very cheap and low-quality in reality. The soundproofing in the room was terrible. It didn't have double-glazed windows, so we could hear all the construction noise and traffic outside. We had to use earplugs to sleep. The location was okay, about a 10-minute walk to the central area. Overall, the service was good, but the room quality and facilities were extremely poor. It was definitely not worth the high price. The quality was similar to that of a 3-400 yuan hotel. After staying here for two nights, we moved to a nearby Iseya hotel, which also cost around 1200 per night. The quality there was like night and day compared to Aspera, much better in every way. It made me feel like I had been cheated by Aspera. 我们在这家酒店住的最贵的房间，1200多一晚。总体体验很不好。 酒店入口是居民楼，很破很旧，我们找了很久因为不敢相信这是高档酒店入口。前台在24楼，服务人员很好，也很热情。 房间的景色没有照片上那么好，正面的窗户直对着一栋破楼，好像在被拆迁那种，上面很多工人，旁边的窗户对着很近的写字楼，感觉每个方向都有人可以看进来，我们住了3晚，基本窗帘都是关着的，根本没有隐私。 房间格局规划不太好，卫生间很小很小。 卫生很不好，地毯很脏，全是污垢，好像很久没洗了。洗浴间的窗帘拉下来上面全都发霉了，很恶心，很不卫生，霉对人体会产生伤害的。房间装修照片上看着不错，但实际很廉价，都是便宜货。 房间隔音效果很差很差，不是双层玻璃，外面建筑声，车声，全部能听见，必须带耳塞睡觉。 位置还可以，要步行10分钟左右到中心区。 总体来说，服务好，但是房间质量和设施极差，绝对不值这么贵的价格，这种质量和3-400的酒店差不多。 我们在住过这里后两个晚上去了附近iseya酒店，也是1200一晚左右的房间，但质量跟aspera比简直一个天一个地，好很多倍。让我感觉被aspera 骗了。
