Facilities: Except for the lack of a dedicated hotel parking lot (need to find it on the street), everything else is good. Hygiene: The hygiene is average. There are hairs on the surface of the bath towel and obvious water stains on the two mouthwash cups, but I usually don't use these. In addition, the bedding is OK. Environment: The environment is not satisfactory. The rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and the standard rooms are along the street. These two reasons make it not quiet at night. The sound of pulling the trash cans and collecting garbage on the street at night can be easily heard, rumbling; at the same time, the sound of the room service/cleaning cart can be heard from the corridor outside the door and upstairs. Here is a suggestion. Since the hotel is not soundproof, don't push the cart at night. There is another thing worth paying attention to. I haven't fallen asleep yet around midnight, and suddenly there is a sound of repeatedly turning the door handle outside the door and trying to open the door. The second thing is that I found a yellow card stuck at the door when I woke up in the morning. Combining these two things, I hope the hotel will further improve its safety awareness and check its own safety omissions. Service: The service of the front desk staff is satisfactory, friendly and enthusiastic, and the guests feel at home. The check-in process was very fast, and the housekeeper WeChat was added immediately. Welcome package: The welcome package is Sydney syrup, which is a very considerate service. There is nothing wrong with it. However, it was placed in the room without the knowledge of the guests who checked in. I was very dissatisfied with the unauthorized entry into the room where I had placed my belongings. It is recommended that next time when the guests check in, they should be informed when the syrup will be delivered, or before the syrup is delivered, the guests should be informed and asked for their opinions.
