Excellent location!! This place is walking to most attractions and the train station. The hotel staffs is super friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended for those who travel with family, friends or even solo traveler.

Best hotel we've stayed, very friendly staff. Free laundry service, free afternoon tea, free supper. Amazing views and very convenient location. Will come back again. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Chongqing

The hotel was good and affordable! The location was so convenient as it’s near all the famous places. Just one thing needs to be adjust which is the safety lock at the room, there is no safety lock in the room such as double locker. As I realised there were a lot of people like who doesn’t live at the hotel can also enter. The only thing I’m concerned about will be the safety issues. I will definitely book this hotel again if I’m coming back to chongqing!!

Friendly front desk next to HongYaTong, walking distance to famous visiting places

The hotel location is excellent. The service is superB! The front desk lady 陈雨欣 is very informative, helpful and attentive to your needs. She saved some night meals for me to eat even if I came back late. It was an awesome treatment. There are free stuffs and they will wash your clothes for free. Overall my experience at this hotel is 5⭐️ The room is spacious, clean, cozy and has free drinks. The breakfast differs every day. The amenities are great

The exterior of the hotel is not great as the lobby is on the 21st floor building, which does not really look fantastic. However, when we entered the room, it was a nice surprise that the room is spacious, clean n it's fixtures are clean and new! It also has a super big projector screen instead of normal LED TV. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also free dessert ever night! Location wise, it is very convenient as it is just walking distance to Hong Ya Dong. The view from the 21st floor lobby /cade is fantastic! Overall, is a nice staying experience and it is highly recommended . 🙂

Modern hotel, spacious room, albeit a bit empty. The breakfast, with freshly prepared rice noodles, was nice. The view from the breakfast room (and lobby) was also beautiful. The hotel provides free laundry service. Free soft drinks and plum juice are provided in the minibar and at the reception. Staff did not speak English, but was helpful nevertheless. It may be a good idea for the hotel to have some written information in English available.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location for food and shopping. It is also near (walking distance of 10 mins) to Hongyadong and the Jiefangbei Square. Ammenities are good and the staff provided great service too. Will ask if you want their daily special chinese soup dessert and deliver it to your room. Room and toilet is clean too.

This could be such an amazing hotel! Alas! The room is big, overlooks the river (although the window is much smaller than in the photos), the bed is comfortable! Looking at the reviews — it is a good hotel for Chinese residents. But it is not geared for the foreign visitors. The reviews here say that people had free games coins, sour plum juice, popcorn ice cream, noodles, soup, laundry… We had nothing. We were not even told what time breakfast was, until I asked. We were not told about afternoon tea and probably many other things. They did manage to book us tickets for the cruise and we are grateful for that!! But the car had to be arranged with the travel agency downstairs. And when we asked to book a taxi in the morning to the train station, we were told they CAN’T. The first hotel in the world who cannot book a taxi! (I did not know, of course, that there is a taxi rank nearby). .We were leaving at 7.00am, so I asked if it was possible to have an early (or packed) breakfast — they CAN’T do such thing. (I had already bought the breakfast coupons which CAN’T be refunded either). They have a lovely well stocked bar (wine and spirits on display), but they CAN’T sell them. Only beer. It is a very strange hotel! We have stayed in a few hotels around China and we had no trouble like this with any of them! Exceptional level of service seems to come as a standard. Usually, all info, extras, meal times are communicated via translator apps without any issues. I do not recommend staying there if you are not a Chinese resident and you need help or advice.

Stay was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful, has been helping me with direction to different shopping area. They even provide complimentary snacks daily and most importantly FREE LAUNDRY SERVICE!
