SHOCKINGLY TERRIBLE HYGIENE, suspected unpacked/used CONDOM found near the bedside. Manager did call to apologize. Strong smells of cigarette smoke despite non-smoking room requested.

This hotel left me a very good impression. The environment is comfortable and clean, the rooms are spacious, the bedding is clean and soft, and it is very relaxing to stay here. The bathroom is also cleaned fairly well, and the facilities are complete and easy to use. The staff is enthusiastic and attentive, which makes people feel very good. The hotel has a nice, comfortable and clean environment. The room is warm and cozy, and the bedding is soft and clean, giving people an overall relaxing feeling.
