I m a first time traveller to Chongqing and I stayed four nights in Glenview Hotel The room is spacious and clean. The location of Glenview Hotel is excellent and it's just few minutes walk to the metro station and the must go places near Liberation Square. Super convenient.The service of the hotel is excellent and I am so impressed by the human touch approach. I received a warm handwritten notes from the hotel on Women Day! Plus,I accidentally slipped down in the bathroom and my hand is a bit swollen and blue. Even tough it is not serious, the staff of the hotel took good care of me.Highly recommended

The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful with check in and laundry services. The only issue is the cleaning staff should pay close attention when cleaning the rooms. There were fruit seeds on the floor from previous people who where there. Also the towels in the bathroom were changed but the bathtub wasn’t cleaned out. Other than that I’d highly recommend this hotel.

It was a bit early to arrive at the hotel. Because I called in advance, the hotel front desk arranged a room thoughtfully. Although the room facilities were old, they were clean and sanitary. The quilt was a bit heavy. The simple meal in the executive lounge in the evening is very good. There may be more guests and the waiter seems a bit overwhelmed. The breakfast is rich in variety. It would be better if there is a waiter to take the table. Don't let the guests enter the restaurant and look around like headless flies. Location.
