Excellent staff, friendly service and super location 

Good hotel, close to the Hagley park, easy to communicate with the hotel

Hotel staff were very hospitable. Free parking was beneficial considering it’s located in the heart of central Christchurch. The room is very chic and comes with modern appliances and finishes.

One thing that the Chinese people in the same industry have to say is that this hotel charges for everything, even bottled water! I have stayed in many small luxury hotels, but this one is really rare!

All good, the room is a little small for a family trip. Also, the breakfast is expensive, there are not many items, you need to order separately.

The room and facilities were standard, and there was a lot of premium during the National Day holiday, so I could only accept it reluctantly. However, I lost a windbreaker in the hotel. I went back and called to ask on the morning of the third day, but the whole hotel denied it. I called and emailed them while traveling in the South Island to ask them to help find it. The reply every day was no. Finally, one day before returning to China, I went to negotiate on the spot. There were guests in the room, and I didn’t make any unreasonable requests at all. I just asked if I could go to the storage room to check, in case there was a mistake in language communication or information transmission, it might still be found. I didn’t expect to be rejected directly, and the reason was still ridiculous for the safety of the items. If I trust all these hotel staff, it means that even thieves will enter their hotel. Recently, New Zealand’s economy has declined a lot, and its attitude towards Chinese people is also average. It welcomes Chinese people to go there just to travel and consume. I hope to remind everyone that I will definitely not go to this store again

Hygiene: very clean Sound insulation: very good Location: Opposite the Botanical Garden, in the city center, very quick to go anywhere Super perfect hotel, the bed is soft but also very comfortable, I can sleep 12 hours a day. There are two teddy bears given away on the first day, and three small chocolates every day. The toilet has a drying rack and heated floors.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is good, you can try the restaurant downstairs.

This is the simplest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was really beyond my expectation. I chose this hotel because I saw that it was the most expensive hotel in Christchurch and its location was also central. When I arrived at the hotel entrance, I saw that there was no taste like the hotel photos. I was even more shocked when I entered the room. It was not simple but simple. You can't even imagine how small the wash basin is in the bathroom. The faucet is almost as long as the outer edge of the wash basin, so every time you wash your face and hands, water will spray on your body. Clothes get wet.

The location is quiet and the room is comfortable. It is a hotel worth choosing again

The location is good, next to the botanical garden. Parking at the hotel is free. The room is quite nice, clean and exquisite, and the service attitude is very good. They patiently answered all my questions. Unfortunately, it was only a short stay for one night.
