Lovely roadside motel. The rooms were warm, it had comfortable beds and was very clean. The beautiful flower beds were a lovely surprise outside. My sister and I found it great with everything we required for our 2 night stay. Affordable and with friendly management.

There is absolutely nothing to fault about this place. The unit was so clean and fresh. Set up perfectly. Regularly serviced. The hosts are the most beautiful, kind, loving people. They make you feel so welcome. A+++++. Tv selection very good. Units are super warm. Carparking on site. Overall an amazing stay for 3 weeks. Very blessed.

We went here in March 2024, even though Tripadvisor keeps showing the date as February. This is the 3rd time I have had to do this Review. We had two stays at this very pleasant place. The first was on our way down the South Island to tour around. The second was on our way to catch a flight back home. On our first stay, we were surprised at the size and facilities of our unit. There was a full-size stove and a spacious bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was so clean. The hosts, Terry and Bon, were very friendly and welcoming. When we returned for our second stay, we were welcomed back like old friends. It was so special. The gardens were also beautiful and full of colour.

We stayed on arrival and before departure. Both stays were terrific. Bon and Terry went above and beyond to help us. The rooms were very well set up and were spotlessly clean. As a bonus, the motel is located conveniently for use of the bus.

This was ideally located family accomodation and the hosts were extremely helpful in making it all work for us. The units were clean and functional and had everything we needed for a great stay. Pricing was reasonable and we would use again if the need arose.
