As the first stop of the tour, the hotel is perfect. The boss is a Beijing uncle, very enthusiastic.
Hygiene: The room is very clean, there is no peculiar smell, and there is plenty of hot water.
Environment: The bed is very comfortable. Be careful not to cook in the room because it may trigger the smoke alarm, but there are tableware and microwave in the room, so it is no problem to buy some food from outside.
Service: There is no problem with the service. The front desk lady and the boss are very enthusiastic.
Facilities: Although the hotel is a certain distance from the city, the facilities around the hotel are still very good. There is a small supermarket across the road where you can buy drinks and lighters. There is a large shopping mall ten minutes east, where you can shop, eat, and buy phone cards. There is a pharmacy ten minutes south, where you can buy some medicines just in case. There is a Vietnamese store called Hello Vietnam next to the hotel. The rice noodles are delicious. The cafe on the first floor of the hotel also has Vietnamese rice noodles. The uncle said it was also delicious, but we didn’t have time to eat it due to time constraints, but the uncle’s recommendation is definitely not a thunder.
The hotel is close to the airport and is on the main road to Tekapo. The owner is Chinese. My plane is in the middle of the night. It is almost two o'clock to arrive at the hotel. The boss has opened the heating in the room and it is very warm in the room. Because of the late arrival, I contacted the password of the room key box in advance, but I didn’t think that the New Zealand hotel used a very old password box. After a long time, I didn’t open it. The boss heard the movement and helped open it. Hotel facilities are ok.
I loved this motel the room was upto standard and me and my wife loved this motel and it was a very pleasant experience and service was great and great location very close to town and a bus stop outside the motel and the room had a heat pump and tv but the down side was the room did not have a telephone
I would like to ask the team at the motel to install phones as it would be good for guests to have access to a phone
I give this motel 5 amazing stars and highly recommend people stay at this motel

Nice car 🚙 hotel. There are all big and small beds in the room, and our family of 12 people live in and get what they need, comfortable and clean. The old couple take care of the hotel's daily life, warm and thoughtful.
Our late check in The hotel is very intimate to put a name on the door of the house and send an email at a glance
The hotel is very clean and the facilities are perfect. The parking space at the door is also very good. If you go next time, you will be fixed.
The owner here is Chinese and very easy to talk to. We have stayed here several times. The environment and facilities are good and it is very convenient to travel.

We drove up to Christchurch for the Killers Concert and Raceway Motel was the perfect location, so close to the arena. On top of that the room was lovely and had a Kitchenette for incase you want to cook which was a nice surprise. The staff were super friendly and welcoming too, nicest customer service experience I’ve had in a while. Would definitely come back :)
Upon arrival, the front desk staff was off duty
But the handover method for self-service check-in is very clear and easy to understand.
The room is quite large and well-equipped with a simple kitchen
The heating is very warm, the hot water in the bathroom is very strong, and electric blankets are provided
It’s very warm to live in winter, which is great~

CChow AliciaThe hotel is very close to the airport, making it extremely convenient for transit travelers. The room was clean and spacious. During my two-night stay on different dates, I noticed a difference in amenities. The room had night slippers on the first night, but they were missing on the second night. I hope this can be improved to ensure that all necessary items are consistently provided in every room
DDragan S**Comfortable Stay with Great Service**
I had a pleasant stay at **Rosewood Court Motel**. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the parking was convenient.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also great—close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to the city.
Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.
GGuest UserWe are on the road trip in New Zealand for 6 days now, this is by far the best hotel I’ve been. We like it so very much! The location is very close to the botanical garden, lots of restaurants nearby, very centralized. The hotel itself is very pretty with English garden all around the property, you can see the very well maintained flowers from every direction, it’s surreal, so so pretty, you have to come to enjoy this lovely view, the pictures can’t do the justice. The front desk ladies are very friendly and helpful, I changed 16 dollars to coins to do laundry. Our room is very quiet and super clean and close to the guess laundry room. The dinner was fantastic and breakfast was served with oatmeal! After 6 breakfast from different hotels with similar English breakfast dishes, I was surprised by the oatmeal served in this place. Best dinner in town, my husband was very impressed by the service, the ambiance and atmosphere. We have been 20 countries, trust me, this is one of the best hotel I’ve been in New Zealand and the world! It’s a pleasure and privilege to stay in such great hotel for one night!!
FFanieA lovely motel within a short driving distance to the city centre. There is a small shop (at petrol station) across the road, with restaurants and a range of shops within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly! The actual room was brilliant. Clean sheets and towels every day, with a very nice bathroom and hot water throughout the day. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserHotel is very nice and easy access to all location. The art gallery is just next door and full of tourists. Front desk customer service is friendly and helpful. The hotel have a common kitchen and allow you to cook your meal. Kitchen open hour from 7am to 10pm. Besides that, also have hot water. We booked a deluxe room that have 2 divide room with 1 toilet. So is allowed more space for us to pack our luggage.
KKin-wa ChanHotel located in the city centre. River market just a few minutes away where you can find plenty of restaurants. Bus interchange hub is also within a few minute walk.
GGuest UserThe room facilities are a bit shabby. The room door is a glass door with only a blind, and the sound insulation is not very good. The location is good, there is a shopping mall nearby, and it is convenient to eat. You can park at the door, which is quite convenient.
圣圣代千层雪This is a Chinese-owned motel located in the heart of Riccarton, next to the Chinese supermarket, about 4-5 kilometers from the center of Christchurch. We live in a two-bedroom apartment. The facilities and equipment are a bit dated, but they are still in normal use. The upper and lower floors of the room, each with a bedroom and bathroom, can be used for cooking, which is suitable for a family. The price is relatively satisfactory. Suitable for self-driving friends.
NNanny GloI only stayed 1 night, and I'm relatively new to the South Island. I had to catch the intercity bus and was stressing out I would miss my bus, or go to the wrong bus stop. I went to the office, and after a very patient 12ish minutes (on the lady working in receptions part), she understood what I wanted. She was so lovely. I was waiting until 8am to come and say a huge thank you, but my Uber came early. The heater heated the room up nicely, the pressure of the shower was great. The bed was well made and comfortable. I too am a housekeeper/cleaner and really appreciated coming into a nice, clean environment. If I have anything to say as an improvement, it would be to have a better tea towel. A nothing issue and a $2 fix. I absolutely loved my stay at your motel and highly recommend it.
CcallmebycharGreat cozy room. Spacious ensuite. Love the body length mirrors. Just wish I had a window I could open rather than a sliding door that looks out to the street! and the Cleaners should come a little later in the day for those who like a sleep in.
