NOT RECOMMEND - I stayed 1 night on 31/Dec (unfortunately the hotel I stayed in the “central area” were fully booked).
DO NOT MISLEAD travellers. Your hotel is in the middle of residential area and it took 24 MIN WALK from the “central area” where all the shopping/eareries are located.

Simply a great hotel! The standard rooms are not very large, but everything is thought out. There is also a small kitchen. Nice bathroom with shower. The cleanliness is perfect! 15 minutes walk from the center of Christchurch.

I booked 3 bedrooms apartment with 3 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. The room is good. The only negative feedback is about the extra charge $30 each for children over 2 years old per night, as many hotels don’t charge children under 11 if they use existing beds. And more importantly, those hotels provide the info on Trip. I was surprised when I was told about the extra charge $180 for 3 children for 2 nights, eventually negotiated down to $90. I would suggest the hotel put children policy on Trip so that people is aware of extra $30 per child (over 2 years old) when they make the booking instead of checking in.
