While this hotel is 25 mins outside of Puno it’s worth the stay. The hotel offers clean & comfortable rooms with hot water kettle, cups/saucers, tea and a plate of heart chocolates to greet us. We had a deep tub for a good soak after a long day of adventures. The hotel is in the town of Chucuito which offers a couple of historical sites to check out. Breakfast was included and the choices were optimal. The staff were wonderful. They were helpful, and had the best attitude. They have a pool and offer sauna, jacuzzi and massages for a price. I definitely would recommend this place.

Great view around Lake Titikaka. It is new and all the staff are very nice and helpful. Glen, the manager for the restaurant took care of us really well.

I have been on a Peruvian trip for 2 weeks and this hotel has been my very best experience. The people are very nice and helpful , especially Jimena from the bar and Rodolfo , the manager. The food was good and they have a very generous breakfast buffet . The beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean and spacious.

The Hotel has all the amenities we expect, the service was excellent. We spent an incredible time with friends. Tours to visit Uros at Titicaca Lake were a plus, and the tour to ancient ruins was super educational; it included places not listed on regular tourist tours, like the crop circles and the Meru Portal.

We booked last minute and am I glad we did so. We had a lovely stay, and it rejuvenated us amidst our hectic trip. Staff are really helpful, food very good and clean, comfortable rooms. The interior of the hotel very nicely decorated. There’s a small but perfectly functioning indoor swimming pool. RECOMMENDED

A beautiful hotel on Lake Titicaca- our group of 23 stayed for 3 days. The food was was so fresh and delicious! The breakfast and dinner selections were extensive. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The grounds had many areas to explore with Inca statuary , as well being able to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset . There is a wonderful store that has clothing, jewelry and artifacts of very good quality at very good prices. We felt very safe in this beautiful place and hope to return again in the next year. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The staff welcome you with warmth the minute you arrive. Rooms are lovely with view of the majestic Lake Tititacca and ethereal gardens. The food and service in restaurant is excellent. The many services provided by the staff and guides are unsurpassed. Highly recommend this hotel to journeyers seeking a magical respite.
