Did my reservation a week in advance got confirmation. When I arive at hotel they had overbooked and did not have a room for me. The hotel attended the send me to a Different hotel 6 blocks away. I denied to accept. The property was degraded, loud music in parking lot. And meny low life people loitering the premises. It felt very unsafe

AC/Heater sounded like a train rumbling right through the room. Had to turn it off it was so bad.

Staff were friendly and helpful. It would be good to expand the front office to offer guest a separate bathroom upon check-in we traveled 6 hours and needed a bathroom. We were allowed to use a room restroom but it would be more convenient to have one near the office for guests only if needed. Also it would allow for staff to accommodate more then one guest at the front desk.
The location was convenient. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped with frig and microwave, coffee maker. Like the shutters instead of curtains and the LVP flooring. Would stay here again.

This is a good hotel for the price. Not in the best area but the rooms are very well kept and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I didn’t expect much because of the price but it exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was also very polite and pleasant.

I'd say this hotel is fair at best for the price. I was trying to avoid paying over $200 for one night. I was surprised that there was no lobby for check-in. I stood outside and checked in via a window. The people above me we stomping around at all hours of the night.

Maids we very polite. For the price, great place to stay. The general neighborhood is a little questionable.
