I love that hotel. The room has a beautiful view on the lake. It’s very peaceful. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Perfect for a relaxing holidays. Seeing the sunrise and the sunset was the cherry on the cake! I highly recommend this place.

Amazing room! We loved the design and spaciousness of it, with many places to lounge around. The view is as advertised, a beautiful panoroma of the lake! We appreciated the small extra touches, like free fruit, tea, and small snacks. The outside areas of the hotel, like pool and lake front pavilion were incredible as well. The hotel is a tad far from town and other places to see, but it's the perfect spot to simply relax and do nothing! And it's a quick taxi ride to a small hike to a nice viewpoint of the lake. Staff were so friendly and helpful and even gave us a small gift upon checking out. Highly recommend to all! Was the perfect place for a romantic weekend away for us.

The hotel is very close to the highway exit, only 1-2 minutes away. The environment is very good. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and helped me upgrade the room. I am very satisfied with the lake view, good hardware facilities, and rich breakfast. The most important thing is that the service is very good. Xiao Wu from the sales department checked in for an upgraded room. The sun is out. The lake is sparkling beautifully. There is an open lake to the west. The sunset is half an hour earlier. There are still quite a lot of fish heads and small bones. The more they cook, the thicker they become. I also ordered spicy soy sauce to taste the hairy crabs. The sunset is northwest. Facing the sunrise in the east, the nearby mountains are high. I went down a quarter of an hour later to take a look before I came out. I had a feeling that there was no point in waiting, so I went back to bed. I had a full breakfast and it was no problem. The next stop for my hotel in Hangzhou was to take the high-speed train to Hangzhou East Station for an hour. , I took the 2-hour long-distance bus to Hangzhou Station, which is close to the West Lake. While waiting for the bus, I drove a shared electric car to go around the lake.
