Room: Excellent, very spacious, and spotlessly clean. Very satisfied. Service: Very warm and self-disciplined. Booking activities through the hotel turned out to be more cost-effective. Breakfast: Very rich, clean, and satisfying.

I specifically chose the Brettonwood Resort for my trip to Qiandao Lake this time, and the overall stay exceeded my expectations – it was absolutely fantastic! Our butler, Mei Mei, was incredibly attentive and deserves a special shout-out! The hotel's location is excellent; I could enjoy the stunning lake and mountain views right from my window. In the mornings, there was a beautiful mist, and in the evenings, gorgeous sunsets. The scenery was truly breathtaking. The front desk staff were warm and patient, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Any requests were handled promptly. The resort grounds are serene and elegant, with lush greenery and even a petting zoo. The kids absolutely loved feeding the peacocks, ducks, bunnies, foxes, raccoons, and piglets. It's also very pet-friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, especially the noodle and vermicelli station with a wide selection of condiments. They even had homemade chili and ginger, which was a real treat for spice lovers. Parking for self-drivers is convenient, and it's particularly well-suited for family vacations. This will be my top choice for Qiandao Lake; I'll definitely be back!

This is my second time at the Brette Hotel. This time, I contacted our butler, Xiao Zhang, in advance, and their arrangements were absolutely spot on. We got a lake-view room, which offered an amazing view. The one-bedroom, one-living room lake-view suite is perfect for families. The hotel room facilities are all comprehensive, and the room's scenery is beautiful. We were lucky enough that both the outdoor and indoor pools were open, and the kids had a blast. We also caught some activities for Children's Day on June 1st, which made the experience even more fantastic! The hotel's breakfast is buffet style and served until 10 AM, which is very thoughtful and convenient. The breakfast was also delicious. I will definitely be back to Brette again; it's perfect for a getaway and escaping the city. I highly recommend it! My last review was 5 stars, I don't know how it ended up as 4.8. It absolutely deserves a five-star rating!!!

Such excellent service wouldn't be possible without dedicated staff. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit, and we'll specifically look for Mei Mei as our butler. I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled between mountains and a lake. The grounds are lush with greenery, offering a quiet and elegant environment. Strolling around, you can fully immerse yourself in nature, and the views are expansive. Our room was clean and comfortable with complete facilities, making for a great living experience. Our entire stay was relaxing and peaceful. If I ever return to Qiandao Lake, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The surrounding environment, far from the hustle and bustle, is perfect for a relaxing getaway, and it's also very convenient for strolls. The overall accommodation experience far exceeded my expectations. It's suitable whether you're traveling solo or looking for a short, relaxing stay, offering good value for money. I will definitely prioritize staying here again for future vacations.

Knowing that our itinerary was relaxed, she even went out of her way to arrange a late check-out for us until 3:30 PM, which was a very human touch. Butler Yu Duoduo's service was professional yet gentle; she responded to all our requests immediately, making us feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. I'm totally won over by her attentive service. The hotel's overall service was truly warm, and the experience was perfect. It definitely deserves a five-star rating, and I'll make this my first choice again next time I visit.
