We had a great time in the bright resort for our weekend bike trip round Qiandao lake. The room was big, the view was very nice and having the hot springs after a long day on the bike was great. It was very clean and the breakfast was ok considering the overall price. Service was very good, we had some special requests because of our bikes and checkout-time which was super easy to align with the front desk. We directly got the contact of 温柔大哥欧耶耶 who was super nice, answered super fast and really gave us the feeling she want to make our stay special and welcoming. Thanks for a great weekend

Bright made sure we got a 5 star experience. Because we’re diamond members, they upgraded us to a villa suite. There are lots of photo spots, the hot springs were great, and breakfast was delicious. Big thanks to Yu Duoduo for providing excellent customer service.

Excellent stay with great view of the lake. The resort also had electric bikes you could rent conveniently.

Our Stay was fantastic. Very comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed throughly. With humble attitude and cooperative nature of our personal butler Ms. Xiao chen温柔大哥欧耶耶 we didn’t face any difficulty throughout the stay of 3 days. Thank you so much Ms. Xiao Chen. You were very thoughtful.

The location was not bad. The view from our room was good! Room was spacious and great but the floor had some hair and dust. I loved the swimming pool! Many safeguards and the water was not cold. It opened till night which was great. The service was great too.

It's was a good place to be. Super quite, the view were breathll taking. Will love to go there again. Camp fire for the new year for all was great too. I love it. 小婉 (Xiaowan) was very helpful. She responded to every message promptly.

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

I loved my stay. The staff went out of their way to help me as I don’t speak Chinese. The general manager made sure we were happy and comfortable in every way. The hot springs were delightful. The Chinese restaurant was fabulous. The buffet had table settings for kids. Free parking. Animal friendly. I had a beautiful view. I will go again as soon as possible.

Have a good rest in the Chinese New Year. The hotel has hot springs and beautiful scenery and nature. Staff were friendly and responsive. There are many kinds of breakfast, and foreigners can also enjoy delicious breakfast. If you want to rest from a big city, we recommend this place. The hotel is good, it's just confusing to find your room. The rooms are far away from the reception. The pool is good too

Perfect location for relaxing near the lake. Nice view from room. Pretty spacious interior. The walking paths are beautiful. The only downside was that you feel some bad smell from possibly the floor drains. Overall very good.
