2nd time living here, but the hairdryer is still dirty as last time I came ๐คข Luckily they are helpful to send a new one if you requested... but seeing the hairdyer cleanliness will make me feel is that everything else in the room is clean enough..

It was a good stay. I enjoyed the time here. The condo was quite old, however, the facilities were very convenient. I could go skiing, sauna, the kids can go ๋์ฐ๋งค, kids park, game zone, and the Gs25 had almost everything we need for a vacation.

Booked a room for three it was big with two rooms but there were only two single beds in one room and the other nothing, my daughter had to sleep on the floor. The room smelled like bleach. Towels provided were small. Few choices for food and they were bit expensive. People at the reception were ok, however the staff at the shuttle information were the best. Went above and beyond to help me figure out my route back to gimpo.

I loved it~ The room was spacious, the ski slope was nice, they were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious~ I think I'll visit again next time~ I had a great time~

The front desk of the hotel doesn't speak much English, but it was okay when I checked in, and I could communicate slowly. When I asked about the SHUTTLE BUS provided by the hotel after checking out, the staff gave a rude answer and had a very bad attitude.
The advantage is that you can rest immediately after skiing, and it is convenient to go to other nearby attractions the next day, saving transportation time to and from Seoul, and the scenery outside the window is attractive.
Disadvantages: There are not many restaurant options, there are not many attractive facilities to use at night, the water in the bathroom is weak, there is water seepage in the bathroom partition, and after taking a shower, there will be water on the floor other than the bathroom.

1. There was no heating in the room and it was so cold that I couldn't sleep, so I asked for an improvement, but they said they would turn it on to ondol heating, so I came to the room an hour after dinner, but there was no heating at all, and the same was true for other rooms, so I found another accommodation and settled the matter. When I talked to them over the phone, they said they had raised the temperature, and even though I complained three times, I got the same response.
2. If an angry customer later requests a complaint, the standard is to come to the room and check, but the service was also a mess.
3. There was even a small spider crawling in the room.
4. It's cold during the change of seasons, basic heating isn't working, and I don't understand how they can accommodate guests.
5. This is a hotel I never want to go to again. There was no refund and my long-awaited trip was ruined because I was upset.
