The amenities isn’t free and not included. They ask you to pay that much money just for the small jacuzzi. The pool doesn’t have any water and wanted to pay in pool it’s crazy! Location is ok but not really recommended. There’s a lot of cheap ones that includes everything. We booked there because of the sauna but apparently it’s also not FREE🙄

The front desk of the hotel was kind and friendly and proactively asked if they needed to call a taxi for us.
They answered all our questions and recommended our restaurant. The room is clean and tidy. There is a balcony, but there are many insects. I dare not go to the balcony again. The hotel has a children's playroom, bar and gym. There is a convenience store on B1. Overall it is quite good.

Some Chuncheon attractions offer Jackson 9s hotel guest discounts, such as the Sanyue Mountain Cable Car, which offers 80% discount on showing guest identity when purchasing tickets.
A small opinion is that the room assigned at first had a good scenery, but the room hung a hanging painting with a spooky atmosphere and a scary painting... The child was very uneasy, but fortunately the friendly staff was quick to change rooms for us. This is the first time in my life that I have requested to change a hotel room. The overall feel of the hotel is comfortable type, do not understand why there is such jewelry.
