The location is great. Everything in the room is automatic, but in a bit chilly weather, parking is great.

I made a reservation, but I waited a long time at the information desk at first. I didn't know that I would check in at the kiosk. When I checked the reservation, I couldn't find the Korean name, so I wandered around for a while and finally found the English name. Even though it's non-face-to-face, what I didn't understand was that when older people made a reservation, the staff should have helped them quickly, but they didn't. I could have been impressed by even a small service, but I wasn't impressed at all. They said that other toiletries are not provided according to hotel regulations.
