Very average hotel. It's not as good as a chain hotel experience, and I arrived at night. The young front desk felt unskilled in business, the older ones felt impatient, and they were impatient to call and ask questions. The carpet in the room was dirty, and there were ladybugs. I was beaten to death. I wanted to complain, but the next day I I have to take the exam. If I have a good mood, I really don't have time to worry about these things. The attitude of the room attendant is better, but the bathroom is not a non-slip floor, and I almost fell down.

每次去滁州基本上都住這個酒店的，衞生各方面都還OK的，美中不足的是希望早餐能豐富一點，最起碼有個磨豆現煮的咖啡機。目前僅能實現吃飽這個層面。房間性價比還不錯，每層衹有一間的套房很寬敞舒適。本次忘記拍圖片了

房間沒有想象那麼大，應該是沒有30平方，商務標間和豪華標間衹差一個浴缸，如無必要直接定商務標間，我們相當於多花幾十元泡了個澡。房間很乾凈，也很安靜，床也很舒適。早餐雖然不是那麼豐盛，但能吃好，清明假期客人很多，估計酒店沒有考慮到，等我們吃完基本沒有吃的了（幸好我們去的早）。整體是不錯的。

每年清明前後，都會回家鄉，自从16年开始，已經多次入住萬瑞四季酒店了，房間比較大，乾淨，酒店的自助早餐也很喜歡，很多都是兒時的回憶，房間的細節也做的不錯，每天都提供馬桶套，停車位也很多，只是這次入住第二天恰逢清明假期，酒店滿房，結果早餐供應不足，另外酒店的地毯可能剛換不久，不管是房間還是過道味道都很重，雖然有些小瑕疵，也不影響對酒店的喜歡，希望家鄉越來越好。

衞生環境服務都不錯，除了設施有點老舊，自助餐有點簡單，品類較少，沒什麼選擇。距離琅琊山一公里多，爬山預訂這個酒店很是很推薦的，酒店路口旁邊有個老鄉雞，基本也能滿足快餐需求。總體性價比非常高，很滿意的一次住宿。

剛開業到重新裝修之前都還不錯，重新裝修後已過半年了氣味還很重，並且床也不適合睡眠，稍一翻身就會發出很大的聲響。半夜1點打電話給前台，服務員答應換房間，但是無法解決上述問題。一整夜都沒有睡着！這樣的酒店根本就不具備營業條件。
