Reviews of Novotel Bandung

I stayed at Novotel Hotel Bandung and the experience was disappointing overall. The staff were polite and courteous, which was appreciated. However, the management seemed overly restrictive when it came to basic amenities. Only one toothbrush was provided in the room, and a second one was given only after requesting it. Surprisingly, there were no tissues in the room at all, which is not what you expect from a hotel of this category. The breakfast was poor, with limited variety and underwhelming quality. It didn’t feel worth the time or the cost. Another downside is the location. The hotel is quite far from the city centre, making it inconvenient if you plan to explore Bandung or move around frequently.

Strategically located in Bandung, the room rates are also affordable. Check-in was easy, assisted by the friendly and helpful receptionist. If you're looking to explore Bandung, we highly recommend staying here.

Was a good hotel and good stay

Outstanding place to stay. Large bedroom with amazing view of Bandung. In short, everything is just perfect.

Great hotel and all good. Lovely front desk and cleaning staff. Spacy neat clean room. TV is full of functions with many channels. Good stay in Bandung. Love to come back. Nice view. Good wi fi. Basically all good. Didn't have meals. So can't say anything about those.

Good location and room very nice

The hotel location is quite convenient, near gambir train station and I like the breakfast selection that includes traditional Indonesian food

The location of the hotel is so convenient, 7 mins drive to Braga street , and 7 mins drive to Bandung train station. The view from the window is amazing, the mountain from far is so beautiful. Thanks to the hotel team that granted our special request of a higher floor room.

Having a todller really appreciate the fully carpet room.. the bfast the good, the staff is very helpfull

Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay with my family at Novotel. The service and staff were very friendly, and the hotel room facilities were complete, very clean, and hygienic, with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, water heater, etc. The swimming pool was small but sufficient. On our next holiday trip, Novotel Cihampelas will definitely be our top choice again.

The location is super strategic, close to everything. The bedroom is quite spacious with large windows, offering city and mountain views. The bed is also very comfortable. Personally, I found the breakfast taste a bit lacking, but that really depends on individual preference.

The room was spacious enough for two people. The buffet breakfast has plenty of choices.
