The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and the staff are very helpful. It's located right in the city center, close to shopping and culinary delights.

The hotel is a bit old, fine for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't stay there for long. The staff are very responsive. It's close to the train station (within walking distance).

The location is very strategic, but it seems the sheets and towels are never updated. While they do get laundered, they look like old sheets. The building itself is poorly maintained. There's no water heater, and the bathroom feels dingy. For this price, there are many other properties that offer better value.

Close to the mall, public transportation is easily accessible, near the station, clean room, friendly receptionist.

My mistake for not checking the rating first. For a final price of 320, it was truly below my expectations 😭. It's clean, but not *clean*, if you know what I mean? Like, there's a lot of grime. Same goes for the bathroom. The toilet placement wasn't ergonomic; it was right in front of the door, which is pretty funny. Plus, there was NO HOT WATER for a hotel in Bandung at that price point. No tea or coffee in the room, and no facial tissues, just a toilet paper roll in the bathroom. The phone didn't work. NOT RECOMMENDED 😭. Oh, and the curtains fell down too. Believe me.

For the price paid, it's okay. The location is easy to find and close to everything.

Great location, super close to 23 Paskal, the train station, Damri bus pool, and the main Kartika Sari store. The service was also excellent, and overall it's worth the price. However, the cleanliness could use some improvement.
