"The pool no longer has heated water, even though that used to be a major plus point. Amenities: Only one toothbrush was provided, and I didn't want to keep asking for more. Hospitality: The front office staff weren't very friendly; they didn't greet guests. Also, when I asked to change rooms to one not near the elevator, they seemed reluctant, lacking any service or customer-oriented approach."
