I recently traveled to Cuba. Previously, everything had been fine at the Hotel Rueda; the staff was kindly, but this last time I was mistreated by security, and he was prevented from visiting the hotel due to poor service. Generally, it is a cool place to work and spend time with friends. But this last time, nothing was like before. I hope their improve soon. I'd like to visit again as a guest, as I always stay in private rentals.

We have traveled to Cuba many times and our experience at Hotel E Rueda surpassed our expectations. The staff, including the manager, were excellent and always attentive to our needs. During our stay, there was a city wide water outage due to a main breaking. This was beyond the control of the staff, but they provided ample bottled water to be sure we were comfortable. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant each day and found the food quality and service consistently good. This was also tru on the one evening we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Again, all was very good.

Beautiful colonial hotel with English speaking staff. Everything is well arranged and service is quick! Rooms are big and spacious One of our beds had bloodstains and all of our rooms had cold/mildly luke warm water. So no warm showers. Breakfast was good and fast! Centrally located as well!

Such a charming place. I was able to secure a room on the fly so early in the morning. I didn't notice much tourist traffic in the city. It was during the week and things were quiet. Well decorated rooms with very high ceilings. Colonial comfort at a decent price. Some good staff, some whatever. It looked to me to be the top hotel in town.

Me hospede del 3 al 5 de octubre en la cena del 3 me dieron pollo en mal estado y el sábado pescado podrido me atendió un mesero de apodo el guayabo el peor servicio de mi vida mal educado grosero y sabiendo que el pescado estaba en estado de putrefacción lo sirvió y dijo que teníamos que pagarlo porque una vez que sale de la cocina aunque esté en mal estado hay que pagar por el plato realmente de mis peores experiencias en un restaurante no recomiendo para nada el restaurante del hotel rueda y le recomendaría al hotel que mandé al mesero conocido cómo el guayabo a pasar un curso de servicio y hostelería porque su trato con los clientes es pésimo antes de irme del hotel dejé mi queja por escrito ojalá y sé allá tomado medidas con los alimentos en mal estado por el bien de los huéspedes

Un Hotel de Ciudad muy tranquilo,acogedor,muy céntrico en la ciudad, con un personal de seguridad exelente, muy atentos. Una ambientación y decoración con un trabajo historiográfico sobre la ciudad detallado por sus pasillos y salones.

Estuvimos del 12 al 14 de Septiembre de este año 2024. Como siempre desde que llegamos a la instalación se respiraban los aires de armonía y felicidad de ese gran personal de trabajo. Fuimos atendidos como siempre con cariño y amabilidad. Esta vez nos otorgaron una nueva habitación diferente a las ya anteriores visitadas; muy cómoda, espaciosa y confortable. De las comidas y bebidas para que hablar si son más que exquisitas, nos gustan muchísimo y de muy buena calidad. Su personal más que trabajadores se vuelven como tu familia hacen de tu estancia lo mejor y te hacen sentir como en casa. En resumen un hotel para repetir una y otra vez.
