Access to the Hotel is a bit far, but still okay. Road access is just right for 2 cars to squeeze by. Those who are new to driving should be careful.

Access to the location is a bit far from the main road & uphill, but quite sloping, the parking area is quite limited, maybe enough for 20-25 cars, the dropoff area is quite small so you have to queue if there is a drop, the lounge area is comfortable & the check-in process is smooth, the condition of the rooms the one I stayed in was quite clean (deluxe suite), the pool area was a bit less clean, lots of leaves in the pool and the smallest pool had cloudy water & there was no area for children like a kids corner or mini playground, overall it was quite comfortable

The first members of staff we meet are the reception with his warm smile ( sadly cannot recall his name ) and ka Astrid , great facilities and food is was very delicious, everyone we came accross was kind and very helpful and truly personal service especially ka Annisa, our room is was beautiful with the art mirror and complimentary cake, definitely will be back soon!!

Pros: - Rooms are spacious and nice. They provide 4 person room too. - Good view - Good prices Cons: - Reception area is tooo small and cramped. Upon arriving I was shocked to see so many people in the reception, some kids were running around everywhere, and the welcome drink area was piled with dirty cups. - Breakfast service was terrible. Came down to find food empty (literally wiped clean, no pastry, no congee, not even potatoes and sausage), and they didnt refill until like 30 minutes later. I had to call the staff several times (and getting mad) to actually be able to get food. Dining area was busy and cramped, and dirty. People were smoking in non smoking sections?? (yes there was a no smoking sign on the wall). I dont think the hotel accounted for how busy weekend breakfast services could be, or they are simply understaffed. Overall this is a big hotel, with potential. But man, they really need to improve their service and maintenance of the property (you can see moss and plants starting to grow from the wall, and some of our room's walls are starting to get mold/dirty).

We visited during the Ied holiday. The swimming pools were full, and the hotel was poorly maintained, especially in terms of cleanliness. It looks good in photos, yet actually it was a bit disappointing. A cafe in the corner helps a lot to boost the mood with fresh air from Bandung, and breakfast is also OK.

warm welcome when I arrived and the check-in process by the reception staff, also helped in friendly way. especially for Mrs. Astrid as GRO that i asked for some request through her. she really helpfull, It was nice to stay here as resort hotel that i didn't expect more. Thanks to all for the service.
