"The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel.
In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake.
It was the cake I love that I mentioned before.
Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture.
And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊"

"Thank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :)
But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it.
Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore.
Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!"

The location of Villa Mawar #9 is located in a downslope area that has an upper floor and a lower floor with a view facing the mountains, a view that is very rarely found in other places. This makes this villa very special. This villa is rented to the public, especially for family guests and has a Sharia concept. The villa consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, where 3 bathrooms with hot / cold showers and one bathroom only uses a cold water shower. But this will not reduce the comfort of the visitors. The room details consist of: Room 1, 2 beds 100x200 Room 2 with Balcony, 2 beds 160x200 Room 3 with balcony, one bed 180x200. Family room has 1 sofa bed All rooms and house areas are non-smoking areas. However, this villa has many open areas that can be used for smoking areas. Overall, it can accommodate 10 guests if referring to the number of rooms and beds. However, this villa can accommodate more than 10 people if using an extra bed. But for this extra bed, it is paid. The family room is equipped with Smart TV and wifi. also equipped with a kitchen that provides complete cooking and dining equipment. Here there is a refrigerator, dispensers, majiccom, toaster, BBQ tools etc. For guests who come to visit, towels and complete bathroom equipment are also provided. So visitors don't need to bother bringing bathroom equipment from home. The location of this villa can accommodate 3 vehicles in the parking area. If you bring more vehicles, you must coordinate so that the parking area can be arranged.
