The front desk service was extremely poor and suspected of being ******. They were all smiles and friendly when speaking to white and black people, but their faces fell when they saw Asians. The first room had bloodstains on the pillow, the toilet was not cleaned properly and was disgusting, the exhaust fan was extremely noisy, and the light kept flickering. When I told the front desk I wanted to change rooms, they stared wide-eyed at me with disbelief. After the new room was given, there were still some minor issues, but I was too lazy to bother mentioning them again.

This was our second stay at this SpringHill Suites. Everything was very clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent for most of my family, but gluten free options were lacking. (I have celiac disease, and was able only to eat yogurt for breakfast) so some prepackaged gluten free items like muffins would be nice additions.

Room was missing bulbs and smelled mildewed but shower was amazing it had jets on the wall and definitely was a 10/10 shower experience just poor lighting and limited outlets ******.

We had a room with a trundle sofa. The mattress was disgusting, all stained and nasty. Took a pillow case off one of the pillows and the pillow had a big burn hole in it. The pillow case was also very dirty.

I booked the hotel because of its name Marriott. Upon entering, the customer service was poor, and the rooms had ants. I reported this to the staff, and they said, "Yes, we know the whole building has ants." There is no customer service. We asked for tiles and linens, and we had to wait until the next day for linens and come get our tiles ourselves. There is no friendly staff service, which was very disappointing.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and respectful. Plus there’s a microwave in the room.
