SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Midtown

The front desk service was extremely poor and suspected of being ******. They were all smiles and friendly when speaking to white and black people, but their faces fell when they saw Asians. The first room had bloodstains on the pillow, the toilet was not cleaned properly and was disgusting, the exhaust fan was extremely noisy, and the light kept flickering. When I told the front desk I wanted to change rooms, they stared wide-eyed at me with disbelief. After the new room was given, there were still some minor issues, but I was too lazy to bother mentioning them again.
