Courtyard Cincinnati Midtown/Rookwood

Good location with quiet surroundings despite near major road. Very close to many outlets at Rookwood commons and pavilion. Very comfortable beds. Strong internet connection. Large TV with many channels. Large and clean bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Special mention must be made of one outstanding young staff called Mike. Initially he could not find my reservation despite me having a confirmed reservation number. It was later he decided to allow me to see the list of guests arriving that day. I realised my COLLEAGUES name was in the list of guests and later realised that I made the booking under my colleague's name accidentally without realising it. Thanks to this being resolved we were able to check in without having to make a new booking and incur the loss of the trip.com booking. He also helped me to change the booking name to my name instead. A big kudos to mike for saving our business trip from being a disaster!!

Rooms seem clean enough but I always find random contact lenses and dirty tissues in plain sight. Has happened in multiple rooms on multiple stays.

I had a very good stay overall. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Customer service really stood out, and the room itself was very clean and well-maintained. The only issue was a constant humming or buzzing noise in the room that made it a little difficult to sleep. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was noticeable, especially at night. Aside from that, everything else was great. If the noise issue is addressed, this would easily be a 5-star stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Room was great but when we checked out we were charged for parking and that had not been mentioned prior.

We booked a king bed, they gave us a Queen. We found out we had a Queen when we entered our room. Called the front desk and we were told the ac unit was on the fritz in the king rooms. The bistro was closed both nights we were there. The second floor hall way was not vacuumed during our stay as the hallway had some debris’s in it on our arrival Wednesday afternoon at 4:00 pm

My stay was flawless. My conference was at the hotel. Our catered lunch was wonderful.

Room wasnt what i paid for. Paid for a king suite with double queens. Got a room with double queens, not a suite. No microwave. Refrigerator wasnt plugged in. Was disappointed with the room. Staff couldn't offer fixes because I booked through *******. Couldn't get through to customer service before my stay was over.

This is perfectly nice hotel for the price point and it’s located in an enormous ***** mall that caters to the more well heeled crowd that I imagine inhabit the surrounding area, a suburban part of midtown Cincinnati. That means there are high end chain restaurants around. The capital grill, etc. I’ve stayed there twice and would do so again.
