No shampoo. Elephants upstairs. I put a towel on the chair to cover the stains. Corridor carpet was filthy and when I got off the elevator checking in, there was a crew "cleaning" the carpets.
Parking was convenient and the bed was very comfortable.

Very nice hotel, it was only 11 minute walking distance from my destination!

Very good hotel, the room is large, clean, the staff is very friendly, the night is very quiet, the breakfast variety is good, the taste is good, there is a self-service washing machine on the first floor, you can dry clothes. There is a supermarket not far from the door, walking is easy, taxi is also very convenient. I took my child to the university for an interview and stayed for ten days. I will stay here next time.

The breakfast is great and there are many varieties for families. There are supermarkets, hospitals and many restaurants nearby. It can be reached on foot and the parking lot is at the door. The bus stop is not far away.

Just 5 minutes drive from the University of Cincinnati. It is very convenient to go to the university to live here. The hotel is ok.
