Perfect location for our concerts at Paycor Stadium! It was moderately clean besides some little spots in the bathroom. The bfast is okay just the average hotel breakfast. overall a good stay!

I made the booking about 2 months ahead of time for a trip from West Virginia to Chicago for my daughter’s wedding. Unfortunately, I inadvertently made the reservation for the wrong date and we showed up to claim a room the evening BEFORE the reservation date. It was too late to cancel the reservation without paying a fee and by all rights the hotel could have charged us for both the cancellation fee for the night we had reserved AND then charged us full rates for the night we hadn’t reserved. The lady behind the desk calmly handled our mistake, and made it all better. They gave us just what we had requested as if I had made no mistake at all. It was a great relief and we completed our trip without any hassle.

The hotel was nice , but the location is scary. There is a gas station with a White Castle right across the street and you can hear noise from there. The police were over there around 10:00 and I heard a lady scream at 2:30 AM. I ended up calling 911 to try to help her. I don’t think I ever went back to sleep.

this hotel is terrible.

The hotel is run down, dirty, poorly taken care of. Carpet is worn, holes in the walls, plaster peeling, holes covered with paper and tape. The light in the bathroom was held in by masking tape. The vents were all filthy, the baseboards had dirt build up on them, the lights were old and dingy. No pop machines on the 3rd floor and the ice machine leaked. There was a GLASS shelf in the SHOWER! MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD! I was over charged and the lady at the front desk said she wasn't responsible for it. The sign in the dilapidated garage reads " NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE, FIRE OR THEFT TO PROPERTY ON PREMISES " This place is a total wreck. It needs to be torn down or opened up for the homeless to stay in.

Room was very clean and the bed was great. Rooms facing the expressway are quite noisy. Room temp was good, bed was very comfortable. Paper products are horrible. The kleenex in the rooms and the napkins in the breakfast area are too thin and you put your fingers through them when they get moist. Breakfast is OK. Only fruit was apples. Scrambled (egg powder?) eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, dry cereal. Yogurt would be nice and maybe bananas? Second stay here.
