Hyatt Regency Cincinnati

Great hotel……although we ended up with a very small room 1201. Food in the bar is poor though. Everything else spot on

Visiting our son. Hotel centrally located to great restaurants and the highway. Other than the charge for valet parking, very reasonably priced.

Clean room staff was very nice and the pool was great for the kiddos while we were here. Close to the fountain square which was nice to walk to

The only at all was the TV kept buffering the whole time we were there. Dee Dee at the front desk was so amazing. Everything was wonderful

Hotel and rooms were clean just run down. Furniture in room was pretty marked up. Both head boards were ripped. Pool was not as nice as pictured. There was a lot of hair in the pool water. Restaurant food was okay but service was poor. 24/7 marketplace was convenient however staff both in the evening and morning were very rude.

Overall this hotel is nice and clean. We had to wait for about 15 minutes to get our room key for the cleaning manager to inspect our room. This was an inconvenience. The pool was nice with good seating for adults and always had clean towels available.

The bed was way too soft and the pillows. They need to offer a firmer bed, and memory foam pillows.
