The Cincinnatian Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

The hotel staff were wonderful. The hotel was very clean with large well stocked rooms. The restaurant was terrible. The food was overcooked-all four meals. Three ere fish and one was shrimp tacos. The manager did not charge for one meal and offered a free dessert which was really good. The restaurant wait staff was very attentive to our needs. Can highly recommend the hotel but not the restaurant.

Location of hotel was excellent. Cleanliness of room could use improvement. Floors were quite dirty and sticky in the room.

Extremely noisy at night. Priced way too high as well.

Had a great stay!

We found the hotel and our room to be incredibly clean and welcoming. The desk staff at check in were amazing. Kind and on top of everything. The valet staff are working in a small area and are happy to hustle hustle hustle to get you in and out…even in a heat index of 105! I would stay here again…without hesitation.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet hotel. Only parking option is valet which was an additional charge. They were very quick when requesting to pick the car up.

Be careful in the lobby! The step from the coffee shop to the lobby is not well marked and it caused me to fall. I sustained multiple bruises. The hotel staff did not check to see if I was okay until I indicated I had an issue in response to an automated text message. I later spoke with a manager, but he did not follow through on ensuring I was taken care of. He offered to arrange a ride to our event but did not show up at the agreed upon time. He also did not communicate the ride arrangements with anyone else working the desk. I was left injured and scrambling to find a ride. Since coming home, communication has continued to be difficult. I’m still waiting to receive an email from a different manager. Other than the injuries and the lack of communication, we had a fantastic time in the city. The coffee shop in the lobby is phenomenal!! I’d go back just for the coffee!
