Excellent hotel. I arrived late, after 23:30, and was checked in promptly. The room was in building 2 on the 8th floor; the transition from the first building was very convenient and quick. The room is large, clean, everything you need is there. Very comfortable bed. Excellent sound insulation. Quiet, calm, comfortable. At night I left a request on the hotel portal, asking for an iron and ironing board to be brought by 8:30. The request was fulfilled exactly on time, for which I thank you very much.

The room is not spacious but it is adequate and located in the city center. The separation of the bathroom and shower room is very convenient for family travel. 2 bottles of bottled water are provided free of charge. Check-in at the front desk must be after three o'clock.

On the first day I checked into the room, there was the sound of electric drills being renovated at 7 or 8 pm. The next day I asked to change rooms, and the lady at the front desk actually used a translator to tell me that in Russia it is legally allowed for them to renovate at 11 o'clock, but I just didn't want to. Change it for me. I insisted on changing and finally I was moved to a room in another building after my shift changed in the afternoon. The service awareness is not very good. They don't give me slippers every day when cleaning. I wrote a note but they didn't give me a new pair of slippers. I don’t know why this service in a four-star hotel has so many positive reviews.
