Reviews of Ibis Preston North

It was a wonderful experience with Ibis and I’m so happy with the services they provided.

The room smells of rotting so does the elevator. We stayed here about six years ago and it was brilliant. Not sure why the place is running downhill hope the management team see this can at least get rid of the strong odour. The staff were very friendly though.

Exactly what we expected, wonderful

Comfortable room ,seems a bit dated .Tea and coffee in room but only for one cup of tea or coffee. Shower a bit slippery. Door on room didn’t shut properly but staff gave us a free breakfast for this which we were happy to have . Breakfast was ok cheap bread ect . But we didn’t pay for it .

Good condition, tasty breakfast, staff are nice and helpful!

My experience for the first time at the Ibis hotel was completely disappointing. The cleanliness of the room such as the bed linens and shower was ok but the state of the carpets and the smell was bad. I got more of a Bed & Breakfast vibes. The fact that this is a chain hotel , I thought the standard would have been better.
