Amazing location! Wow, this is what you pay for. Right in the middle of everything! The service team was exceptional! It was my first time in the UK and they went above and beyond to help me navigate. So kind and friendly! The room was extremely tiny. My luggage had to stay in the shower as it’s so tiny in there. No window. Heat and hot water worked very well. Bed was comfortable! Cleaning service did well! The breakfast buffet is not really much of anything if that is how you start your day. Only a few options, more like a snack. Overall I give it a thumbs up, the high rates are for the prime location. Thank you all!

When I went there the room that I booked was ok but the air con was not working and all the remap rooms were full. Of it was winter than that room would have been ok but we went there in the middle of the summer and it was too hot. Being in that room was like sitting in the sauna 🥵. Me and my man were so sad and we didn’t wanted to come back to the room after the walk outside. But the night shift staff and manager was so great. We were really thankful to them, specially to the night manager he understood our condition and arranged a room with the air conditioning. We had a great sleep and experience. It’s in the center and it’s really a great experience and I will recommend my friend too.

I broke up with my boyfriend the day before and returned to China.

Do Not Stay Here under any circumstances. There is a terrible overpowering smell that is overpowering all the rooms in this hotel. The rooms are small and perfect for 1 person. The staff is polite. However there are many major problems with this hotel. Mainly a vomit inducing smell that seems to affect the rooms on floors 1 - 4. Other minor issues faced during my stay included unclean bedding (blood on sheets), no wifi and room keys not working. The staff are kind and trying their best. But the hotel has some major problems that make it a disgusting, unsanitary and unsafe place to stay. Management have been unavailable to assist in helping solve any problems as they have not been onsite. Incredibly disappointed to have to write this as it is in a perfect location.

Orsi and Jason at Z hotel Soho were so kind sorting out my reservation mistake and gave me an amazing room when they didn’t have to. The staff here are really great and the rooms are clean and its location is absolutely amazing - thanks so much for a great stay. I will come back every time I need to stay in London!

Awful nights sleep, (room 203) I've slept better on an air bed in a tent ! The bed is hard, the room tiny, with one small table which has a tray on it, so no room for the towels or a case and an intermittent low rumbling noise throughout the night. Z hotels, not a good first impression of your Soho hotel at all. On the plus side, the staff are professional, and the location is good. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

-Stayed for 2 nights here to see the Harry Potter show - location is incredible it’s just across the street from the theatre. Great bars around the same street. We were upgraded to an apartment on arrival, it was a huge 2 bedroom flat with fully fitted kitchen, diner and living area… staff were helpful and always on hand if needed. Elevator takes you to all floors but to access the flat it was a downward trip 3 levels down a right spirally staircase which may be challenging for those with walking difficulties.
