Excellent, I honestly couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough. I’ve been to 4* hotels where the customer service is below what they showed. I needed to be somewhere the next morning and the man on the desk didn’t just give me directions, he walked me round to the place and also allowed me to leave my car in their car park for 5 hours after I’d checked out. This along with their nice size clean room & comfy bed means 5* all the way. First class, faultless.

The instructions for how to get in were clear, the communication with the accomodation was also prompt and helpful. The room itself was really smart and tidy. Clean facilities, felt safe and secure and also a great central location. Would definitely stay again.
