I was going to give a 5-point rating for the attitude of the front desk staff when I checked in, but unfortunately, after checking in, I really couldn't give it a 5-point rating. First of all, the room facilities are simpler than those of ordinary express hotels. The shampoo and shower gel boxes on the wall of the bathroom are just for decoration. They are empty and are placed separately by the washbasin. I don't need to use them. I bring them myself. The problem is that there is no place to put the toiletries I brought in the shower room, so I can only put them on the floor; second, the shower room has no glass door, only the outer layer of the toilet has a door. When taking a shower, the people living with you cannot go to the toilet, otherwise the water will splash all over you; third, I used to take a shower in the morning, but it took a long time before there was a little bit of cold water. It's so strange. The hot water supply is usually insufficient, but this hotel's cold water can't keep up. I really left it for a long time and barely rinsed it. Fourth, it's understandable that there are many mosquitoes in the mountains. The hotel is also equipped with electric mosquito liquid, but it's a pity that it doesn't work. Next time I come to such a mountain, I'd better bring my own electric mosquito liquid. Fifth, the most unacceptable thing is the hygiene. There is a kettle, but no tea cups (I don't need to ignore it anyway). The two cups on the washstand are placed upside down. I think no one has used them for a long time. The bottom of the cup is full of dust. I'm speechless. I'm too lazy to take pictures. Anyway, every word is true, not nonsense. I went to have breakfast a little after 7 o'clock the next morning, and then checked out directly (I originally planned to go back to the room to rest after playing in the terraced fields and then check out). 499 includes the ticket and a full meal. Many customers may think that I am too ungrateful. To be honest, if the stay experience is like this, I would not want to stay for free. I often see people recommending this hotel online, thinking that hotels are better than B&Bs. I was wrong. My husband and I even searched for other local B&Bs that night, thinking that we might as well find another one to stay in. It was already past 7 o'clock, and we were really tired after two days of traveling. So we decided to make do with it. In short, it was the most unsatisfactory stay. Fortunately, the beautiful scenery of Yunhe Terraces made me forget the bad experience temporarily. The terraces are definitely a paradise on earth worth seeing.

The road from the bottom of the mountain to the homestay really tested me, an old driver who has been renting out for 15 years 😊 It was very exciting. It is really a good homestay hidden in the mountains. It is very fashionable and yet simple. It is worth driving more than 20 kilometers from the terraced field scenic spot to stay for one night. In the early morning, the fields are shrouded in clouds and mist, and you can have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of the reservoir on the slope not far away. The hostess warmly welcomes you with tea. Dinner was rich and delicious. Must like 👍

The landscape is really pretty. I think it's perfect for spending 1 or 2 days there (not a lot more to see than rice terraces). The tent was clean and comfortable with a nice view. The transport from or to the resort is a little tricky and needs to be organized well if you don't have your own car. The staff was friendly BUT what I felt was a no-go is that I booked and paid for the trip but they contacted my husband only and only talked to him though I also speak the local language. I found that really rude, even sexist. For foreigners and women it's maybe not the ideal place.

The room is quite good, the environment is clean, the bedding is comfortable, there is a stream at the door, very shallow, you should be able to go in to fish in summer. There are several terrace tea rooms in the hotel, you can chat. The door is a silent door, and the boss is attentive. The homestay has its own parking space, contact the boss in advance to pick it up. It’s very close to the clouds and the terraces, and it takes ten minutes to drive.

Searching for terraced folk customs, I found the Xiangong Lake here by mistake. The homestay is the only one. The style of French country wooden house is beautiful. There is no competition so the service awareness is average. Because it is not a holiday, there are very few guests. Early dinner is helped into the room. It tastes good. The kitchen sister also took two pure natural eggs from Xiaobao's own home. 👍 Parking is very convenient, and there is an infinity pool that is not open. The hardware is OK and the service needs to be improved.

The hotel is relatively new and the surrounding area is very quiet. Compared with the noisy surrounding area during the May Day holiday, this hotel is really quiet. The breakfast is also good. There was a wedding on the second day of check-in, and we watched the fireworks at night.
