We had booked this hotel based on the reviews and central position to the main attractions of Seville . Reception staff were very welcoming and rooms comfortable however was noisy on the corridors outside the rooms from gother guests both day and throughout the night .This could be reduced by having carpet runners laid We had booked on a bed and breakfast basis however would not have chosen this had we have had insight into the poor standards of the catering .for which you pay a premium.There are lsome ovely cafe bars in close proximity at a fraction of the cost which are probably far better and served to your table As a 4 star hotel I have never experience having to self servie from a tea and coffee machine and carrying hot drinks from the machine to our table Whilst the continental selection was plentiful with a good selection of pastries meats cereal and fruit the hot selection was appauling . Despite being on hot plates every item was very cold and inedible. Having one morning spotted fried eggs caming out from the kitchen these too were cold !!!!!. The rooftop pool was small and views fantastic however this area did not open untill 11 am therefore could not be used for an early morning dip and the bar did not open till later in the afternoon should you wish to have a soft drink Seville is beautiful with large variety of tapas bars around the area which was fantastic however should we visit Seville again we would not choose this hotel as it felt more like a 3 star. I suspect the only reason it is 4 star is due to the pool, which if you are only visiting for a short break are unlikely to utilise therefore would be able to find a much better hotel for the same price as you'd pay at this hotel .

Hotel services in general, this four-five-star hotel in this one-month European trip, can be said to be the most unsatisfactory hotel. The room was small and the facilities were some years old. The old man also caught a cold because the hotel's central air conditioner was too cold for the first night. After that, the cough and fever continued for two weeks, and the trip was very painful. In addition, there was an unpleasant experience during the stay, which delayed the two-day trip. Because Ctrip did not write clearly the room type on the order, and the Chinese version of my confirmation form clearly stated the room type and specific information, but the English version did not write, and did not pay attention to the English version before departure, and did not notice, resulting in At the time of check-in, the hotel refused to arrange the room we booked, only to give the standard room, coordination for a long time no results, travel with the elderly at home, and let the elderly wait for a few hours, very guilty. After the hotel manager came out to coordinate, I was willing to provide Ctrip's order to them and agreed that I could take it as a credential to go with Ctrip's feedback. This is more like a great restaurant with rooms, rather than a hotel in the usual sense. Comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean with helpful staff. There is a roof terrace for enjoying a quiet drink after a busy day of sightseeing. As other reviewers say, make sure you book the restaurant well ahead of your arrival as it is always fully booked. The hotel does not do breakfast, so turn right out of the front door and walk a couple of metres to the Alameda Hotel. They do a great breakfast for hotel guests and walk-ins.

I booked this hotel based on its location to both the bus station and the town centre. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was really good. It was very clean, had a large bathroom and opened up onto a central courtyard. There was a nice roof terrace. There is no catering options but it is only a short walk to many cafes, bars etc. Luggage storage is available. A great budget choice for Seville in a great location.

Hotel Plaza Sevilla is very convenient to Plaza Neuva to catch the tram to various attractions. It’s also within walking distance to Alcazar and plaza Major. There are many shops and restaurants surrounding the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was a queen size and there were lamps and night stands for your belongings to charge. The only issue was when I went to leave each morning (around 10am), there wasn’t staff to ask for directions. Also, what looked like a door to a balcony in pictures on ******* was an accordion-style closure. To access the balcony you’d have to duck and roll since it could only be petted about 3 feet above the ground. I only sat on the balcony once due to this issue. The wifi was good and ac. The shower never got really cold so I’d fill my water bottles and store them in the shelving unit each night.

This hotel is magical. It's in the perfect location in Seville. The modest entrance does not prepare you for the beauty inside. From the tile in the lobby, to the antiques and exquisite metal work. The courtyard is about as peaceful as you will find. We stayed in a family suite for two nights. The main bedroom had pocket doors that closed. A perfect way for a family of 3 to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Mariam at the front desk was so very helpful. She explained the area and events with perfect English. We were there for the Holy Week and the processions were simply breathtaking to watch. We highly recommend this hotel and this stunning city.

We stayed at the Meila Lebreros for 3 nights on our trip to Andalucía. After arriving at Sevilla Airport we took the Airport bus towards the City Centre which stops a stone through away from the hotel. The hotel is also within close proximity of Santa Justa Station and the Nervion Metro station – the latter being 3 stations away from the main sites (Puerta Jerez). So overall, the hotel is very conveniently located in terms of accessibility by public transport. Check-in was quick and efficient and we quickly got into our room on the 11 floor of the hotel. The room featured a modern interior and was generally clean. Same was true for the bathroom. Unfortunately, we only realised during our first night that the air conditioning was not properly working. After mentioning to the reception desk downstairs this was however quickly rectified. Additionally, the room seemed to have an electrical issue/malfunction with quite annoying clicking sounds coming from the TV panel for a few minutes after usage. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide any tea or coffee making facilities in the room which I would normally expect of a hotel in this price range. Whilst I overall value the Melia brand, it appears that this hotel requires some maintenance spending as reading some of the recent reviews here has revealed that the problems with the air conditioning have not been unique to us. The clear plus of the hotel is its good transport links and the friendly staff. However, the hard product requires some improvement.

The biggest surprise hotel along the way! The hotel is in the core scenic area, very clean, with a sense of design, the room has a surf bathtub and a waterfall shower. The rooftop pool bar overlooks the entire old town. In addition to the cold plate, there are many classic Spanish food that is ordered. It is great value and highly recommended.

We were here at end of August for 4nights & had a most pleasant stay. Check in was quick & the reception staff are friendly & informative, we got pool towels at the same time (€10 deposit per towel). On the 3rd floor there is a bar which did food as well & a terrace with a small pool along with sunloungers which is great after a day's sightseeing in the heat to cool off in & then relax with a drink, which we found very reasonable for a hotel. The room was a fair size & the bed was comfy, there was a fridge with drinks etc in which you could pay for but we just used it for our water. We did B&B during our stay & the breakfast was good with plenty of choice to get you ready for a day of sightseeing. Location wise it was a 20min walk to the centre of Seville once we had done it once with the help of Google maps we found it not too bad, finding shortcuts after the first day. The hotel was in a nice area with a park right next door, supermarket across the road. All in all we would stay here again & recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful City of Seville.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Plaza de Espana and Maria Luisa Park. It is my first time checking in to an NH Collection hotel and also first in Sevilla. Their frontdesk is not that attentive nor customer-centric. They are traditional in a way that they thought customers are not a priority. Even during the breakfast, the staff are not attentive in offering guests coffee or omelets. They should be more trained in being more attentive and customer-oriented. The location is good though as it is near groceries, restaurants, parks, etc.
