Although it may be welcome, it is welcome in the hotel. All staff are very helpful. Very nice room, most importantly very clean and bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price of the room..... very generous. Good parking lot, very close to transportation Frankly, I recommend this hotel.

This hotel was nearly new, when we visited and well fitted out with quirky decor downstairs. Our room was adequate and fairly modern with standard Ibis amenities. We enjoyed the bar snacks in the afternoon and the simple meals provided most evenings, however, this was inconsistent throughout our stay. Likewise, the afternoon and evening staff were great and very friendly, but the team during the day wandered around eating items from the breakfast buffet and seemingly not interested in guests.

I paid £38 for a night through a third party website. The room was small but comfortable. The tv was extremely small. The bathroom could use a renovation admit is slightly dated. However, the location of the hotel is perfect and the sound proofing was good enough. I would come again.

Booked a room at short notice. Although room was basic it was spotlessly clean. The kitchenette was small but fully equipt. Bathroom was clean & tidy. Shower worked well & there was plenty of hot water. However, the towels weren't changed during our 4 night stay & the bins weren't emptied. Luckily, there was an electric towel rail in the bathroom to dry the towels to use again. It would have been nice to have had a change of towels & bins emptied halfway through our stay. The matress has harder than I like but wasn't uncomfortable. However, the pillows were not great & my husband & I didn't find them very comfortable. The hotel was quiet but as we had a room over looking the road & the fraffic started to build up from 6am. My husband slept through the traffic noise but i am a light sleeper so the noise woke me. There was a problem with a smell in the bathroom when we first arrived but we repored it at reception & it was dealt with the next day. The smell never returned. The hotel is not close to the city centre. it's fine if you like walking; it took us about 35 minutes. There is a tram station quite close & fares are inexpensive. There is a good regular service.There were no major issues at the hotel & it was ideal for a short break.

After cycling for 3 months across France FirstName was an absolute pleasure to spend our last days recovering and as a base to see the city. Our room was spectacular, the bed was an absolute delight to sleep in and the bathroom and wardrobe storage were magnificent. The heated mirrors in the bathroom were a real touch of class that we welcomed. Breakfast and dinners were top-notch, we just loved everything the hotel had to offer. Check-in staff worked well above any expectations we may have had. They helped us when we had bicycle transport issues and when I cut my finger they worked tirelessly with arranging for the correct hospital and transport. They all communicated with each other and the various shifts seamlessly. The staff in the restaurant area along with the chef were also outstanding and super helpful.

The location is a little far from the city center, but I just took a walk after eating. The overall hotel is very new and very good in all aspects.

We were greeted with a friendly welcome and drink at bar while we waited for the room. Got to our room and we were very impressed with both the size of the room and the big comfortable bed.  The walk in shower was fantastic and it was great to have the toilet in a room on its own. The maid service was also superb. We were never bothered by knocks on the door and after going for lunch etc, we came back and the room was done. Perfect. Unfortunately though, music was played all day - sometimes from 8:30 in the morning. This was pretty disturbing when you just want a bit of peace. One day we’d not had breakfast, so around midday, we thought we’d have a bite to eat in the outside garden. We wanted just something light like a baguette etc but this was not available and the options were expensive and distinctly underwhelming - bunging a few flowers and a couple of strawberries on a heap of average quality jambon doesn’t pull the wool over anyone’s eyes. We decided to have a night cap in the bar one evening. It was an “interesting” experience. The din of the Reggaeton music assault, was interspersed by glasses and all kinds being slammed around and a general atmosphere of malcontent from the clearly fed up staff. I have bad days too, guys, but my valued clients would never be able to tell. When we checked out on Friday midday, the attitude of the woman on reception was pretty frosty too. No smile dispensed here. In fact when she made a mistake and asked my wife for 800 euros for the room, which was already paid for, no hint of a “my mistake, sorry”. This stay could have been so much better. Examples: A more consistent attitude from the staff. A simple lunch/snack menu. Maybe not play music that’s audible all day in all parts of the hotel. I am unable to give it more than 3 stars as there are a lot of improvements that are needed.

There is a waitress at the front desk that is not friendly and welcoming, and everything else is fine!
